What can I personalize on my Hollerhoof goods?

Most of our pieces can be made personal with a name, family name, date, short phrase, or a little place-based detail. The options shown on each product page are the ones that fit that design best, and we will show you exactly what is going on the item before it heads your way.

How long does it take to make my order?

Personalized goods generally take 5–8 business days to make before they ship. Busier seasons and one-of-a-kind work can take a touch longer, so we will call that out on the product page and in your order details rather than leave you guessing.

Do you ship within the United States?

We sure do. Hollerhoof ships orders across the United States, and your tracking details will come by email once your package is on the road. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and your neck of the woods after the making time is complete.

Question 4

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Accepted Answer

Because personalized pieces are made just for you, we usually cannot take them back for a change of heart. If your order arrives damaged, has a mistake, or is not made to the approved proof, please reach out within 14 days and we will make it right.

Question 5

Can you make a custom design that is not in the shop?

Absolutely. If you have a family saying, a special place, or an idea sketched on the back of an envelope, send it our way through the custom creations page. We will take a look, talk through what is possible, and share the details before any custom work begins.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Accepted Answer

We do. Digital downloads are delivered by email after checkout, so there is no box to wait on and no wagon needed. Save the file somewhere handy, and remember that digital goods are for your personal use unless the product listing says otherwise.

Question 7

Can I change my order or review a proof?

Accepted Answer

Please send any changes as soon as you can, ideally before we start making the piece. For designs that include a proof, we will send it for your review and wait for your go-ahead before production. Once a personalized order is in progress, changes may not be possible.
